East Rock

A great apartment in a great location near Yale's campus Positive: The location was perfect to walk quickly to Yale campus and to the pool. The apartment had plenty of room for the two of us, and we appreciated the ability to spread out in the living room and dining areas. The shower and bathroom were great and the decorations were excellent. All in all it's a great place to stay. We took the train so cannot speak to parking from experience, but there seemed to be plenty of parking on the street. Negative: The apartment heat was very warm when we arrived but we quickly adjusted it to the right temperature. The faucet in the bathroom sink had a lower flow of water than we would have liked, but it was not really a problem, and I am sure the owners will correct that.

The hosts are lovely and checked in throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. Will definitely come back to CoHouse for future visits!

I had such a nice and serene stay at East Rock. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and makes a cozy place to stay either on a short or long term basis. I also greatly appreciated how responsive Ulo is to questions or anything which comes up. I'd definitely love to book again.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time staying in East Rock. It was a beautiful apartment on a quiet street with everything you could ask for.
