Elm Grove

The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything new yet still giving off a cozy, homely vibe. Exceptionally comfortable and in the perfect location for visiting Yale. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the hosts couldn’t be more welcoming. Highly recommend!

Nice interior space, fantastic host. Would stay at Cohouse again but maybe a different unit. Positive: Inside unit was nicely remodeled. Space and room sizes were great. Price was great. Host was responsive and proactive with communication. Thoughtful touches with travelers in mind throughout the space. Proximity to Yale was fantastic. Negative: Lots of nighttime activity and noise. We stayed in the Elm Grove apartment which was a first-floor corner unit with two outer walls and an active intersection at night with groups of students traveling, police sirens, and unfortunately, cars revving engines. We made suggestions and the owner has promised to add some room/window sound barriers.
